Delete your account
You can delete your GMas account at any time, from this page or from Settings › Delete account in the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What's deleted
- Your profile, growing areas, plants, logs, and notes
- Photos attached to your logs
- Weather and watering entries, supplies, and your planting plan
- Your account credentials (you won't be able to sign back in with this email)
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid GMas Pro subscription. It's billed through the App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat, so only the store can cancel it — do that in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings before deleting, or you'll keep being charged for an account that no longer exists. Sign in below to delete your account immediately. This runs the same deletion GMas uses when you delete from inside the app.

Your account has been deleted. Thanks for giving GMas a try. If you ever want to come back, you're welcome to sign up again in the app.
Can't sign in?
If you've lost access to your account, submit a request below with the email it uses. We'll email that address a confirmation link first, so a request only reaches our team once the account holder has actually clicked it. Nothing is deleted automatically: after you confirm, a person on our team verifies and actions it by hand.
What's kept
- Backups and system logs, if any, aren't restored to recreate a deleted account. They're purged on our regular rolling schedule rather than instantly.
- If you subscribed to GMas Pro, GMas never sees or stores your card details. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat (our subscription-management provider) handle billing directly and keep their own transaction records under their own policies. We don't control or delete those; you'd need to contact Apple or Google for that.
Timeframe
Deleting above or in the app is immediate. A "Can't sign in" request is actioned within 30 days of you confirming it by email. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
